How do i cancel my order?

A customer during the purchasing process, may choose to cancel an order. We recommend emailing us with a detailed and valid reason for the cancellation to wit we will respond with a follow-up call on how we may best be able to assist you.

What are your Return Policy?

We do not encourage it, but because our customers are dear to us, we do offer a return policy. You will have to ship the product back to us with a VALID reason for the return sent via email. NOTE: Items that are DAMAGED are not accepted under the return policy and therefore can not be returned.

Does Patazon provide delivery services?

We have partnered with multiple logistics agencies to aid in our pick up and deliveries, all of which are subject to customer preferences and location, excluding our own 75+ pick up stations.

How long will it take to get my package?

We aim at same day delivery because we know you want your product as quick as possible. Should there be any delays, you will be promptly informed.

How do i review a product?

You can either go directly to the product you would like to review (the single product page of the specific product), scroll down to the reviews section and add your review or navigate to your order history and pick out the product you want to review. Please note the following:
